What (adult) meals are your staples?

I've started to think our meals are a bit samey. Our staples are:

pasta with nice sauces - creamy ones an tomato ones (all home made)
risotto (when we can be bothered as a bit time consuming)
sausage based stews
occasional roast chicken
occasional meat like pork or lamb chops
spaghetti bolognaise and lasagne
homemade curry (very occasionally)
stir fry (also very occasionally)

any ideas for making it a bit more exciting - I've started to get a bit bored.

I do lots of these, so trying to think of some others... i make out a menu to loosely follow for two weeks, just so i can have choices.

Savory crepes with avacado, feta, tom, and shredded chicken. Or chicken, mush, cheese. Can also do spinach.

Homemade pizza.

Thai soup.

Veg and chicken lo mein.

Whole roasted chicken

Roasted veg medly as a side dish, made into a soup leftover.

Steak sandwiches.

Roasted veggies on pasta.

Meatloaf. ...is this american?

Pork tacos.

Beef dip sandwich with au jus. ...slow cooker.

Chinese rice with orange chicken and green beans.

Cauliflower soup with shredded chicken.

Sheapherds pie with leftover roast.

Twirlymum, how do you make a huge Yorkshire pudding? My DH would love that, filled with sausages and mash and gravy.

Do you have a mould or something? Thanks!
