what can I do with grapes?

A friend gave me an enormous bag of grapes from her own vine. They are delicious, but we can't eat all of them.

is there any way to preserve them (given that the sun is no longer strong enough to sun dry them - and anyway I'm not sure it's be worth all the de-pipping)

make them into fresh grape juice?

I imagine you'd be able to do a sloe gin type thing (but you'd have to get rid of the pips at some point)

Here are some grape recipes from Honey Flow Farm in the US

well, we've just juiced half of them. It was delicious.

think i'll puree the rest - sounds easier than i thought!

Senora, Sofiaames posted years ago that if you put grapes in the freezer when you take them out you can persuade your toddler that they're sweets. I did so and my (at the time) toddler said 'that woman on the internet is wrong they are not like sweets, they are like frozen grapes.' He was right but anyway, they are nice imo! So just freeze them.

in fact, here is the tip!

lol - fat chance of that with ds!

I've pulped them now, but I'll try it with the next lot (it's grape season here - sometimes you see old men in the streets selling them from the back of their horse & cart).
