Southern fried chicken recipe

Anybody have a good recipe for southern fried chicken? I'm tired of getting my fix from kfc. Very addictive, which I think is due to MSG.

I like to soak strips of chicken breast in plain yoghurt thinned with milk (so buttermilk basically), and then dunk in flour egg and breadcrumbs mixed with chicken seasoning (no msg in the schwartz one) and some finely grated parmesan cheese... then I tend to fry it in a deep fat fryer as we have one, but have also had lovely results just by baking it :-)
