How long will it last though? How is your pork by the way?

The pork is great thanks. It tastes totally different to supermarket pork. Sadly the salami was rather pecked by birds but otherwise all went well.

It probably won't last as long as it took to make, especially if we have a party.

Thought about selling some at a local market at all?

How was it?

It was lovely - by the time we got back from A&E I needed a drink. Poor DD jumped off a step, slipped on a wet floor and cracked her head open. She is fine, but I was a nervous wreck.

How inconsiderate of DD!

At least she is ok and the only damage is to your nerves.
