Looking for a leek and olive tart/flan

Does anyone have a recipe for this? I'm sure I got a leek flan recipe from Mumsnet yonks ago but unfortunately my laptop crashed and I lost loads of my recipes, and for some reason I am having problems searching the archives. (I can't select topics so I have ended up with too many results for just 'leek' and too few for 'leek' and 'olive'.)

I was planning to make it for some veggie friends of mine coming round for tea tonight so would love it if anyone can point me in the right direction.

It's not too desperate though, as I have made quiche enough times to improvise something!

I'm going to answer my own message (as I often do ) - just in case anyone else is in a similar situation to me one day.

I didn't find the original recipe in question, but I have found some great recipes on the Riverford site. I'm going to do this one tonight, because I have all the ingredients to hand, and it is very simple, but I love the look of this leek and roquefort pizza bread which I'm sure I will try next time I have leftover leeks.

I have a leek and goats cheese tart from Delia's veggie book (which also works well with Feta). I have to go out now, but will post it later in case it's any good fro future reference!
