Can I freeze pizza dough?

Have made some pizza dough in the breadmaker and used half this lunchtime to make a pizza, can I freeze the other half? And will it make just as nice a pizza once defrosted?

yes it'll be fine

we used to go to a wholesale place and they sold frozen pizza dough in balls, will be fine!

yes I always make double and freeze half

I find its a bit stickier once its defrosted so you need a bit more flour to roll out
