Bran Flakes for 3 year olds

My 3 year old has had 3 bowls of bran flakes this morning. Is this okay? Or will she be on toilet all day? Will it harm hre digestive system?
I vaguely remember when weaning my LO that they shouldn't have too much high fibre stuff.

I think too much fibre can interfere with the absorption of minerals iirc, but not sure.

Make sure she has lots and lots of water and some diluted orange juice or else the extra fibre can be constipating/painful. She may be a bit bloated and will probably need to go to the loo more than normal Hmm

Oh dear, think I'm just going to tell her that bran flakes are for grown-ups only.

We eat fruit and fibre all the time, all of us. All things in moderation. 3 bowls is probably a bit much. Grin
