how would you make it?

just cut the chicken breast, pack it full and what, wrap in foil? Grill? Fry?

Is it like chicken philadelphia?

Cut the breast so there's a cavity, stuff the cheese inside (I use philly and a spoon of pesto) wrap the breast in pancetta/ham whatever you've got, pin it with a cocktail stick and bake.

or

chop up the chicken breast and fry

boil some pasta and steam some broccoli and cauliflower and peas

melt the bousin in the microwave with a big splash of milk

mix it all together when cooked

clean plates all round
