Chick Brick recipes?

I've had my brick for a while now, and have had some lovely roast chickens and variations of that. I'm looking for inspiration, what do you cook in yours?

Just used to shove a few cloves of garlic in the inside, and/or half a lemon.

I was thinking along the lines of cooking something other than a whole chicken.
