Well we're having pork chops roasted all in one tin with pears/parsnips and potatoes ( you can pick them out of your dish!). This is from Jamie Olivers book and he also has a delicious recipe of minted bread sauce to go with it. yum!

Meant to say, if interested i can give you the recipe. The sauce is basically bread crumbs, mint leaves, lemon juice and olive oil i think.

Smoked salmon trimmings are I think on BOGOF in JS, you could do them a salmon pasta, and do yourself a salad. ??
