Hi all,
I know some of you ladies baked before in Pyrex bowl. Im doing Pumpkin shaped cake, and used 6" Pyrex bowl had from friend. The sponge took ages to cook, and after 25min its till gooey inside and looks like volcano
Dh insists the bowl is to small bottomed and there is no space for the batter to expand, if that makes sense.
Do i need bigger Pyrex bowl? Ay advice appreciated.
