Mumsnet recipe goddesses - Kale?

Does anyone have a tasty recipe for kale, that doesn't end "and then throw out the kale, and eat some cake"?

I think I've done ok with it before, with spices and yogurt, but something new would be good.

Put it in a lentil soup spiced with cumin (boil onions and garlic and red lentils and ground cumin and kale in stock) and then liquidise it, with lemon juice. Easy peasy.

I love Kale. Nice boiled, then tossed in olive oil with bits of frazzled smoked bacon. Mmmmmm.

You can cook it any way you would cook cabbage. How about:

shred it and steam in a little water with lid on saucepan until tender then drain water away and toss in lemon juice, olive oil, seasoning and herbs of your choice.

or finely shred and quickly fry in a wok until crispy.

If you make lentil soup with it it's not too kaley iykwim, in fact it's quite lovely, and there is no oil in the soup so you can feel all virtuous as you eat cake.

I made the soup. It was pretty good, I liked it better than my usual way, which is essentially, treat it like cabbage. The thing is, I love cabbage, and kale doesn't work as a substitute.
