Zuccini cake

As these have all been done perfectly so I cannot attempt to top them. I need a niche, something simple, yet amazing.

It needs to be something flour related, even if only loosely. You know, cake/biscuit type affair.

Suggestions and recipe links please ladies!

Yes I know sounds odd but really scrummy.

I had some last week at a tea house near me and was bowled over.

Honestly, it was gorgeous.

What about a good old fashioned sponge cake with jam filling? Or coffee and walnut - I think hugely underrated and of course a little retro!

I second the carrot cake from the ocado website - it's really perfect and very easy.

DH made the carrot cake. Very nice! icing needs a little practice as was a bit runny, but the cake was fab! I shall get him to make that I think! Or scones...oh i don't know, one of those two though.
