My potato gammon recipe:

Fry onions with garlic, par boil sliced potatoes. Layer of onions, sprinkle on cut up pieces of gammon, layer of sliced potato, hide chunks of camembert between the potatoes, add plenty of black pepper. Repeat all layers. Pour on single cream.

Shove in hot oven until brown on top.

Yum.
