my 14 month old son will eat fine during the day but but has never had a good meal at dinner time it always turns into a food fight.
He then wakes during the night hungery. I have tried eveything i can think of to get him to eat but he just wont accept it. If anyone has any advice i would love to hear it.

Is it tiredness??
If so..Can you make his main meal the middle of the day, give him a light tea at 4pmish and a carboyhdrate based supper at dinner time.
I suugest this because I had this problem with DD2 when she was about 1 year old. This worked for me and fit in with her nursery rountine.
Good luck -

What time do you feed him? My ds won't eat if he's tired either.

My ds is the opposite, rarely eats anythnig more than a banana with a bottle of milk at lunchtime but eats like at horse at tea time. Can you perhaps switch the meals around so he gets less at lunchtime and a proper dinner in the evening?
