Can you freeze mayo?

I try to cook ahead, and freeze it for weekdays. Does nayone know if mayo can be frozen, as in homeade coleslaw, potato salads, etc.?

Anything that's got mayo in it...my mum always used to tell me that!How about just freezing stuff and then adding mayo later?
