Lemon Sorbet

DH has suddenly announced a love for lemon sorbet. I thought I'd do something completely out of character and see about how one would make it (normally I say "yeah yeah" and forget ).

Soooo.... how d'ya make lemon sorbet?

I always look at BBC food website or UKTV to search for recipes

lemon sorbet here?

Hmmm... anyway to do it without an icecream maker??
