I have a packet of frozen scallops, plus garlic, parsley, lemon, breadcrumbs, and creme fraiche/cream. I feel sure there is a recipe combining all these into something delicious, but I'm worried that if I make it up it will turn out horribly wrong 
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm kind of thinking of frying the scallops with the other ingredients, adding the cream and stirring into pasta - but would much appreciate someone else's guidance please.
