Help! Scallop recipe urgently required please

I have a packet of frozen scallops, plus garlic, parsley, lemon, breadcrumbs, and creme fraiche/cream. I feel sure there is a recipe combining all these into something delicious, but I'm worried that if I make it up it will turn out horribly wrong Grin

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm kind of thinking of frying the scallops with the other ingredients, adding the cream and stirring into pasta - but would much appreciate someone else's guidance please.

Have you got an egg? Defrost the scallops, dip in beaten egg followed by breadcrumbs, shallow fry for 1-2 mins each side. Make a sauce with all the other ingredients for dipping. Serve with crusty bread.

Thanks MrsD. I like the idea of frying the scallops as you suggest, but I'm not sure about the sauce. How would you combine the garlic, parsley, lemon and cream? Haven't got crusty bread so am planning pasta.

How much cream have you got? For a 300ml pot I would probably crush 1 clove of garlic, chop finely a handful of parsley and add a goos squeeze of lemon, taste as you go, leave it to stand for a bit if you can to let the flavours mingle.

Make bechamel sauce, add grated cheese. Cook scallops Grill until lightly browned. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
