Beef casserole and tummy bug

Admittedly quite an unconventional thread title. Ds has had a particularly hideous tummy bug for a week now, and kindly has passed it on to dh and I.

I have left a beef casserole in my slow cooker today, but in all honesty, I can't imagine us being able to face it tonight.

Will I have to bin it? Can I freeze it or put it in the fridge, and if so, how do I reheat?

TIA

I know it's gross, but anyone?

Casserole keeps very well, in fact improves with the keeping. I keep mine in the fridge for 3-4 days, or if its likely to be longer before you eat it, it also freezes brilliantly.

Hope you all feel better soon.

God me too, it's bloody grim.

Thanks for the advice, taffeta!
