Leftover meat from leg or lamb?

What on earth can I do with it? I have a bowl full, and no clue what to do besides some stew type job which doesn't sound very appealing Confused

I'm on Weight Watchers too so nothing too 'heavy' if that's okay :) TIA!

Sandwiches.
Or hash - chop it up, and mix it into mashed potatoes with some browned onions. Put in a hot oven to crisp up on top. Eat with ketchup. My dcs love this!

Put it in the pan with some red peppers and spices and serve it with couscous.

Some ideas here or here

Lovely warmed slightly with houmous or tzatziki piled on top of jackets, couscous or stuffed into a pitta or roll.

I'll have it if you're still stuck Grin

Minced or coarsely chopped, mixed with herbs of your choice, seasoned, mixed with egg and formed into meat balls.

Brown in a hot pan and serve with pasta in a tomato sauce.
