What could i make with these in the oven? Maybe with apples, tins tomatoes as well. Is there anyone who can inspire me?

Fry an onion, add the chops, and fry for a bit. Add a peeled, sliced apple, a pork stock cube, and some thyme, and enough water to cover. Put in an oven at about 120 deg C for an hour and a half.

Apparently it's lovely ( I am a vegetarian) and I'm doing it tonight.

Pork parcels - put chop on a square of foil & season. Add sliced onion, mushroom & peppers, dot with butter. You can add a spoon of single cream and a dash of white wine if you like. Fold up parcel and cook in oven at 180 for around 45 minutes.
I usually serve them with jacket potatoes & sour cream/creme fraiche.

Add some cider or apple juice and a few juniper berries if you have them.

My Mum just covers them in Mango chutney and slow roasts them - she absolutely raves about it being the simplist and tastiest dish for tea. Was thinking about trying it myself tonight actually with salad and Jack pot.

Just remembered, put a slice of pear on top then, as cooking time comes to an end, add some gorgonzola. Seriously gorgeous.

Top with caramilsed onins & strong cheddar and grill - very yummy!
