You know, that lovely frozen coffee drink with crushed ice they sell in Costa.
DH literally pines for it at home, we live in a village sans Costa so he only gets a fix at work very occasionally when he has time.
He asked the Costa guys about the machine they make it in - its called a Blendtec and costs about £400! I know plastic blenders are no good for ice, does anyone know any that might do a decent job of crushing the ice? It needs crsuhing really finely and evenly. We then just need to make a sweet coffee syrup to add to it I guess.
