Grate it and hide it in risotto, omlette, soups, stews or even cake. No really, I have a recipe.

What is it with marrows - this is the 3rd or 4th thread this week!!!

I think people with no say over their vegetables (ie those who get organic boxes delivered) are being subjected to marrows and don't know what to do with them.

I have a lovely odd job man who has an allotment who has taken a shine to us .. he grows very large marrows and I'm at a loss

last time I stuffed it and nobody else liked it

I consider myself chastised though and shall do a search on previous threads
