My DH watched This Morning on 31st Aug and Phil Vickery cooked a lean chicken and tomato curry. DH cooked it that night and it was LUSH. Now he can't find the recipe on line and he didn't write it down. We're desperate to cook it again but he really can't remember for the life of him. Anyone got it written down??
