What to do with a bottle of Disaronno?

Been given a bottle by a friend. DH and I both hate the stuff but it's open so I can't pass it on .

Can I bake with it? And if so what do you suggest?

I make a lovely fruit cake with it.

Soak the fruit in it for a little while (15 mins) and then mix into the cake mixture.

But really if you hate it you will taste it in cooking. So if you give it to me I'll get rid of it for you.

Do you like almondy things in general?

You could make a lemon and almond cake using it. Or a trifle. Or invite me round and I will neck it for you.

Don't mind almondy stuff in cakes, etc, but can't bare to drink it. Far too liqueur like.

I like the sound of putting it in ice cream or a fruit cake. Not sure my baking talents strech to Tiramisu but I will try it. Thank you.

Personally I would mix it in equal parts with vodka and southern comfort, top up with orange juice and add a bit of grenadine - mmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Oooh Maxine, Baileys is my other pet hate, although I like it in natual yoghurt.
