Fabulous Finger Buffet Item?

If there is such a thing...

I am attending a friend's leaving do tomorrow and have been asked to take something for a finger buffet. I am totally stuck, so any ideas massively appreciated. Sweet or savoury.

cheese and pineapple hedgehog

I love spinach and feta filo pie. Much better cold than hot. Cut into little slices.

Big sheet of puff pastry rolled out and prick with a fork and glaze with eggwash, top with caramelised onions and thyme and some feta cheese. Bake till cooked through and crispy and cut in to squares!

Or mini sausages? Mini-muffins?
Salami and sundried toms on coctail sticks are nice, as is the good old cheese and pineapple!

box of chocs or sweets - you can all have them afterwards as well.

Ooh yes, a HUGE tin of quality street. No effort and everyone will be wowed.

Thanks everyone. I am going to try the caramelised onion tart but with goats cheese instead of feta.

I'm also going to try the salami/sundried tomatoes on cocktail sticks and chorizo/olives, mozarella/basil leaves and baby tomatoes plus parma ham/melon too.

And do some mini strawberry and chocolate tarts.
