Baking Powder/Soda - advice please!

Decided to bake a cake but recipe calls for Baking Soda and I can only find Bicarbonate of Soda and very manky old Cream of Tartar - can I still make an edible cake without another shop?

Baking soda is Bicarb so yes you can bake without another shop :)

Yes - Baking Soda and Bicarbonate of Soda are the same thing. :)
