Glaze for gammon

I'm doing roast gammon today and was wondering how to glaze it, could you let me know your favourites please?

Fig jam - haven't had it but lady at AGA demo said it was divine.

Also nice on leg of lamb.

Do you just take off the skin and add to scored fat for the last half hour?

mixed together mustard and brown sugar, spread/press onto scored fat, bake for 20mins on high.

TCTM - This is what I did and it was FAB! I will try the nigella ham in coke next I think, would have done this time but was unsure what to serve it with

I usually cook it in coke then use the mustard/sugar glaze. My kids love it with roast potatoes and steamed brocolli.
