Parkin icing...

Made Parkin for the first time and it seems lovely. Just out the oven.

I was thinking of making an icing for it. Cream cheese icing? Any suggestions?

Cheers!

I have never had icing on parkin, never seen it either.

Though I do love cream cheese icing, could be a taste sensation, could be sacrilege Grin

wasn' t sure whether it would indeed be frowned upon. I am not from these climes so no isea! Yummy as it is but thought it might be more moist.

Best to leave it alone then?

Or live on the cream chees icing edge.. Confused
