and ideally be made ready to eat v quickly...

i do have other ingredients avilable but these ones need to be used up asap...

Pavlova

I say pavlova too - just made one with these ingredients plus pineapple and papaya. Have to wait till friends come for dinner to eat it though!

If you can make a meringue then make a version of Eton Mess.

do we have any sort of mousse-type ideas?? think will do pavlova but had convinced myself that some sort of creamy, possetty, bavrois type thing might be possible??
