Marzipan lovers (or maybe Germans): I need help

There's a bakery here (Falko Konditormeister) which makes these almond horseshoes, each end dipped in chocolate - they're amazing.
I want the recipe but I cannot find it.
There are a lot of recipes for almond horseshoe cookies on American sites, but I just made them, and they're not at all the same thing.
I've exhausted my google-fu. I even tried 'Mandelbrot Pferdschuhe' and got nothing.
I suspect they have a German name - does anyone know what it could be?

I think Mandelhörnchen might be what you are looking for.
