need a flat bread recipe quick, with no yeast please

Easy. Flour, a little oil and enough water to make it into dough. Roll out and heat both sides in dry frying pan. I then do both sides a second time but this time pressing down with a spatula to make sure it's cooked.

No need for weights and measures but usually find that a cup of flour is enough for two adults.
