Things to do with diced venison

Hello, bought some diced venison this week as thought it sounded interesting. Was intending to casserole it in red wine and rosemary (found on another thread here). But we had beef casseroled in red wine tonight, so not sure I want to eat the same thing again so soon!

Any ideas as to what else I could do with it? (Aside from freeze it, and then eat when the memory of the beef dish has faded.....)Thanks

Pie - of course just casserole plus pastry but at least you can pretend it is a completely different dish

Casserole it with chestnuts. Truly gorgeous.

Cut into smaller pieces and stir fry with a teriyaki sauce and noodles.

Anything that works with beef will work just as well with venison. Have had lovely beef casserole with chopped anchovy fillets and thyme. The anchovy melts to make a lovely sauce.
