MIne will eat liver in a tom and bacon sauce - prefer to some meat as less chewy - I wouldn't say they love it but they'll eat it.

My DS loves chicken livers (always calls first dibs when we have a whole chicken), and like sprogstersmum, a tomatoey sauce usually goes down well. Also for lambs liver, he likes it with apple. I think the sweetness counteracts that "irony" taste.
