Oh wise ones! Can I unsplit my curry?

I've made a curry (of sorts) with the usual spices and some veg. I was being lazy so thought I could do a quick sauce with yoghurt and tinned toms. But much to my annoyance it had split.

Is there anything I can add to bring it together or is it buggered?

I made one the other day like this from a recipe book and I thought it had split but after simmering for required time (40 mins- 1hr, I think) it was fine. No idea why. Hope you sort it!

might pop a heat back under it then! Cheers.

Split or curdled? Not sure you can un-curdle yoghurt? Was it low fat yog? That tends to curdle more than normal - but I hate using yoghurt anyway for the too easy to curdle reason. I think if you add it when to a sauce that's off the heat and cooling down you're pretty safe.

It will still taste nice anyway, just probably wouldn't win any prizes for it's beauty!
