We've got some friends over on Sunday for dinner.

What can I cook for three meat eaters and one veggie?

Thank you!

Real veggie, or fish eating veggie? If the latter, I'd get a nice big salmon. Otherwise, I'm at a loss really, my friends are distingtly meat eaters. Would you go for a less traditional lunch? You could make a great vegetarian curry?

Blimey, my typing today. Distinctly

Thanks BooBoo

No, she doesn't even eat fish! The boys are real meat eaters too. Can only think of cheese on toast for her at the moment!

Ooh I think I'd do something like this for the 3 meat eaters and a separate tray with the extra gubbins in for the veggie, served as Jamie suggests either as fajitas or burritos, so in effect you are eating the same thing.

Curry is always good for this scenario but my MIL says you can't have curry on a Sunday! Hmm

don't know whether you'd agree...

Are you thinking of a traditional type dinner? Like a roast? Because if you have loads of nice trimmings you can serve her a veggie pie or something in place of the meat.

we're all meat eaters but love vegetable lasagne and don't miss the meat in that. But you could always make one with meat and one with veg?
