The recipe says to make a base with sweetened oat biscuits which I don't have. I do have a sweet pastry case, will that work? If not I have another recipe but this one uses mascarpone which I have bought specially and want to use.

Yes, sweet pastry case should work - just bake it before.

Great, thanks. I don't think I need to prebake though as once I have put the filling in it has to bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Thanks again.

You can use ANY crunched up biscs. IMO or pastry but if you add cocoa and butter to biscs. wouldn't be slimming but would taste nice. Grin

It isn't for me it is for the kids so no worries about slimming or not. I have just taken it out and it looks okay thanks :).
