urgent aldi frozen paella

i have chucked it in my fryign pan for 5-6 mins asit says and its sizzling away now, it didnt say defrost first - is this right as thelumps look pretty frozen to me - dont want to barf at midnight....

So long as it is piping hot when you eat it, it shouldn't be a problem.

it just said fry for 5-6 but as has shellfish in and chicky it got me thinking - i am a domestic numpty obviously.

I use it, and cook from frozen I always take a piece fish/chicken and check it is hot.

yes i did and i had some mroe for tea tonight - you know what? it was bloody gorgeous on a par with some i had in suuny spain - i have proper raved to everyone about it yumtastic!
