Help....Risotto with 'Paella Rice'

Thought i had got all the ingredients to make risotto for supper tonight but i appear to have picked up tescos 'paella rice'....

is it still worth trying?

I'd try it.
It perhaps won't get to quite the right consistency but should still taste good.

i swear it must have been next to the risotto rice in Tesco!

maybe some extra cheese will help consistency

Extra cheese helps everything.
Add in some garlic bread and you can't go wrong.
