we have too many eggs.
I wanted to make pancakes with the dc but the recipe I usually do only requires one egg (american style pancakes).
I googled and there are just too many recipes around.
do you have a yummy recipe that uses more eggs?

Jamies USA Style Pancakes are lovely - you whisk the whites separately and then add them in, making the pancakes really light and thick.

BTW, the mixture doesn't keep very well though so you need to eat all the pancakes in one sitting - not sure if that is a pro or a con Grin

OK I have now made delicious pancakes.

1 cup whole eggs (5 small ones in this case)
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 Tbs sugar
salt

mix and let sit for 20 min.

bake in a medium hot pan for about a min each side. put in a low oven to keep warm.

we had them with jam and nutella and rolled up.
