I'm having a complete brain dead day - how do I make spaghetti bolognese?

boil water
add spaghetti
cook, drain, serve
heat bolognaise
plonk on top

fry onions, diced carrots, celery and I add mushrooms and sweetcorn. Stick some herbs in. Add mince. Cook. Add chopped tomatoes, puree and wine. Boil then simmer until it looks done and the vegetables are soft.

Fry some onion, celery, carrot and perhaps bacon in a pan.

Add mince

Add can of chopped tomatoes, a teaspoon of sugar, a half tin of water, a stock cube and a splash of worchester sauce and some herbs

Simmer for about 40 mins...

fry off onion and celery, add mince, then add tinned toms - any other veg, herbs

Cook for 30mins
Job done

saute onion, celery, maybe carrot, maybe pancetta

add mince and brown, add garlic, maybe mushrooms

wine

tomatoes (puree if you like plus passata or tinned)

season

simmer on low heat for ages

Or you can be really lazy as I am at times. Fry off mince and add jar of Dolmio. Heat s[aghetti and plonk bol on top.

Spag bol needs to be cooked for at least 2 hours so that the meat is tender and the flavours all come through.
