Ideas for microwavable things for packed lunches

We are shortly moving overseas and the schools in the area we are moving to don't provide hot lunches at primary level, which means years of me preparing packed lunches ahead :( My children are too tired to eat much at tea time and do better with their hot meal at lunchtime. However, the school does provide microwaves and dinner ladies to reheat stuff you send in their lunch boxes.

So I am looking for simple ideas of things that can be reheated for lunch that are not too complicated for young children (4 and 6) to eat, as sandwich alternatives.

Thanks

Baked beans
Almost any kind of pasta dish
Sausages already cooked
Bean stews
Lentil curry/dahl
Soup with a cheese sarnie

Basically anything with high liquid content heats up quite well - so the soupy stewy things will taste just as good. Pasta with plenty of sauce will work as well. Potatoes and drier foods don't reheat that well although you could always put a hot baked potato in a thermos and it will still be pretty warm by lunch!
