Home made rice pudding, made 2 days ago. Been in fridge ever since? Is it too long for rice?

Yes. I'd heat it up properly and then let it cool a little before giving it to your DC. I think I have a more relaxed attitude to this kind of thing than some people and so far (fingers crossed!) DD (27 months) has never had an upset tummy.

I would. Agree about thoroughly heating & letting it cool down but yep, I've been known to feed mine stuff older than that that's been in the fridge & they're never ill from any of it
