All in one freezable recipes?

Hello cooking gurus! I'm trying to find some good recipes that I can make and freeze in individual portions.

The thing is, I'd really like to think of things that are meals in themselves and don't need added side dishes etc.

I want to do make things to put in my grandma's freezer - she's 94, lives alone and is finding it hard to stand for long enough to cook anything, so I thought if I could make some nutritionally sound things that she could just stick in the microwave or oven and eat with no fuss, it'd be helpful for her.

I'd be very grateful for any ideas beyond soup/chicken & veg pie!

lasagne
hotpot
savoury mince with carrot and potatoes

How about puds too, like different crumbles, bread and butter pudding etc?

Thanks tb - hadn't thought of hotpot or casserole-y type things. Good idea.

Think I will get my sis onto the puddings - they'll never survive long enough in my house!
