Yoyo!

I have two turkey steaks defrosting for tomorrow and would love some ideas. Don't mind whether it's a stir-fry, slow-cooking, anything?

Found one online involving tarragon, but would love some tried and tested recipes please ladies?

It's on offer in Sainsbury's if anyone's interested Smile

fajitas are always good with turkey steak in strips.

We had chili con carne with Turkey steak tonight, cut into little pieces. I wouldn't bother with slow cooking as it is very lean and might dry out too much.

Breadcrumb them.
I often buy turkey steaks when they are on offer and breadcrumb them, serve with whatever greens you have, or frozen peas and spuds. Its DPs fave dinner.

If you dont have any leftover bread, crackers make good crumbs as well.
Finely grated cheese into the crumbs and some mixed herbs makes it feel a bit more posh.

Marinate the turkey in soy sauce with some chilli flakes, and fry for about a minute each side (depending on thickness), take out steaks, pour marinade in pan and reduce it a bit over heat to make a sauce - husband's favourite

Yum yum and great with mash and veg

I sprinkle fajita seasoning on them and fry them, then have them with potato wedges!
