oh what to do with smoked salmon

any ideas for something to make it a hit with the kids?

pasta, creme fraiche, broccoli and the smoked salmon all mixed together. Yum yum

ooh ds loves it just with thin slices of brown bread and butter and a bit of lemon juice

or you could try them with cream cheese and bagels?

or with scrambled eggs?

some good ideas here, daft question can you cook it, only kids dont seem to like it as it is and wondered if i could do something with it to change the texture somewhat

now fishcakes might work jampots, i have to do something with four packets of smoked salmon, do you reckon i could slip some grated courgettes in there too, kids with autism + food =nightmare

Use it in a carbonara sauce?
