i cant seem to find any sloes in my area but i like the idea of raspberry vodka may seem a silly question but can i just make liquear with any soft fruit i like and just adjust the suger to compliment the sweetness of the fruit? could i make perhaps a mixed berry vodka? or blackberry vodka (lots of those already round here)

blackberries & sugar and vodka = blackberry vodka

so i could do the same with any berry? even say frozen ones from the supermarket Blush

you could and frozen works well as the berries dissolve into a bit of a mush releasing more juice.

You can pretty much flavour vodka/gin with anything you like.

I have made frozen summer berry vodka. If you have it with coke it's like a boozy cherry coke.

You need posh flip-top clear bottles at a fiver a go, they make it taste better.

Only kidding, my summer fruits stuff is in a green screwcap appletiser bottle.

Plus if you do like the bottles above buy this instead, cheaper and you get free pink lemonade!

there for gifts but i thort with a rustic label and pretty ribbon they would look quite good iv done the maths and minus the love i put into it it makes more sense that spending a tenner on junk no one really wants
going to make chocolate truffles aswell [Grin as i figured chocolate and booze was a good combo
