oat cookies

Does anyone have a recipe for oat cookies?

My restrictions are: I only have plain flour, baking powder (not bicarb), and caster sugar.

Otherwise I am good to go!

I was going to say USE MINE but just realised that it calls for SR Flour. You could just add a couple of spoons of baking powder - oh and substitute caster sugar for the brown sugar

They are very moorish though.
