Run a knife down them to get all the kernels off, then add to a thick batter and fry for sweetcorn fritters?

A fetching mobile for the birds?

Remove kernals. Make sweetcorn relish.

Chowder.

Nice added to home-made burgers too.

I'm not sure 7 are enough (because I normally use frozen Blush) but Nigella has a yummy sweetcorn chowder recipe. It's just sweetcorn (about 500g), stock (about 500ml), 3 spring onions, garlic clove blitzed together. Then add some semolina (about tbsp) and I always add chilli flakes. Simmer for about 10 mins. I put some lightly salted doritos on a baking tray, sprinkle over cheese and pop in the oven for 4 mins. Serve the chowder with a load of cheesy doritos on top, it's surprisingly yummy!

sounds strange but is lovely! I'm at work at the mo so don't have recipe to hand unfortunately... it is in Anjum Anand's BBC indian book.

The semolina thickens it a bit and gives it a slightly gloopy texture, not really necessary, but I accidentally bought 1.5kg when I did online shopping, so I'm bloody well going to use it!
