quorn in the slow cooker

is it possible to cook with quorn (probably chicken) in the slow cooker?

it is, but it soaks up a lot of the moisture and flavour and goes very soft.

I wondered... it has a strange texture. I've got several bags to use up after Sainsbury's special!

It's good in a saucepan, with curry sauce etc.

thanks BN - that's exactly how I get away with it with fussy teenager who grumbles at the fake chicken. She loves curry so much that she doesn't seem to complain!
